Originally self-titled Rancid Honey Atoms was the first of four four-track full length releases eventually canonized as Land Camera Whitlow from the artist now known as Buzzshackler.

Working with a dense palette of guitar, casio, anger, pain, and hope, the resulting affair is a one-man masterpiece of urban pop. "It'll Stop / Egging On" marked the beginning of Buzzshackler signature scud sound: a wall of fury enveloping merry and melodic verse and chorus, momentarily making bearable the so-called "lightness of being".
